SR826/Sunny Isles Blvd/SR A1A/NE 163 St Collins Ave Signal Work Begins

Beginning Monday August 25, traffic signal and sign installation work will begin at the SR 826/Sunny Isles Boulevard/NE 163 Street and SR A1A/Collins Avenue intersection.

Lane/Sidewalk Closure at 17600 N Bay Rd - SB & 174 N Bay Rd - WB

There will be a lane and sidewalk closure southbound on 17600 North Bay Road and westbound at 174 North Bay Road at 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning Monday, October 6 until Friday, October 17, 2025.

Lane Closure at 400 Kings Point Dr - EB 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (9/30 - 10/1

There will be a lane closure eastbound on 400 Kings Point Drive at 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, September 30 until Friday, October 17, 2025.

Lane Closure at 125 178 Street - NB 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM (9/22 - 9/30)

There will be a lane closure northbound at 125 178 Street from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., beginning Monday, September 22 until Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Lane Closure at 174 St & N Bay Rd - EB 9 AM - 3:30 PM (9/22 - 10/3)

There will be a lane closure eastbound at 175 Street and North Bay Road from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning Monday, September 22 until Friday, October 3, 2025.

Lane Closure at Collins and Sunny Isles Beach Blvd until January 1, 2026, for FDOT Bridge Mounted Sign Anchor Install.

Lane Closure at 332 189 ST - EB 9/2 - 9/5 (9 AM - 5 PM)

There will be a lane closure eastbound on 332 189 Street beginning Tuesday, September 2 until Friday, September 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Lane Closure at 241 186 ST - WB 9/2 - 9/5 (9 AM - 5 PM)

There will be a lane closure westbound on 241 186 Street beginning Tuesday, September 2 until Friday, September 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sidewalk Closure - SB 19370 Collins Avenue - 9/1 - 9/30

There will be a sidewalk closure southbound on 19370 Collins Avenue beginning Monday, September 1 through Tuesday, September 30. Closed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Beach Access Closure - 18401 Collins Ave - 9/21 - 10/21

There will be a beach access closure on 18401 Collins Avenue beginning Sunday, September 21 through Tuesday, October 21. Closed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sidewalk Closure at 201 177 DR - 8/18 - 8/29 (9 AM - 5 PM)

There is a sidewalk closure at 201 177 Drive beginning Monday. August 18, until Friday, August 29 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Lane Closure at 18501 Collins Ave - 7/21 - 8/29 (9 PM - 5 AM)

There is a lane closure on 18501 Collins Avenue from Monday, July 21, to Friday, August 29, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge Renovations

Continued renovations to the North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge will require periodic closures to complete the work safely.

Collins & Harding Avenue Re-alignment Project

Beginning tentatively the first week of May 2025, Whiting-Turner Contracting will commence construction of the Collins & Harding Roadway Re-Alignment project.
