Hey Teens!
Every month, the City Of Sunny Isles Beach throws epic events just for you, ages 13-17! It's all about hanging out, making new friends, and having a blast. In order to participate in these events and enter The Spot, a Teen Membership Card is required. Grab your card and pre-register online at sibfl.gov/activities to make sure your spot is saved. Keep an eye out for new events and updates. See you there!
All Teen Events are for ages 13 – 17 only.
Students who turned 12 before September 1, 2025 will be grandfathered in, but new applicants must be at least 13.

Second Tuesday of Each Month

The Spot, 215 185 Street
Teen Talk is a monthly roundtable where teens are invited to share their ideas and let us work on turning them into a reality! We want to talk to you about everything teens are interested in: events, programs, podcasts, and more!
Snacks and drinks will be served.
Registration is not required.
Valentine's Day Bash
Saturday, February 14

Celebrate love, friendship, and fun at our Valentine’s Day Bash for Teens! Enjoy music, games, sweet treats, and creative activities like card-making and photo booths. Whether you're flying solo or bringing your crew, it's the perfect way to feel the love and make great memories.
Spring Block Party

Join us for a fun-filled Spring Block Party featuring games, music, food, and activities for everyone! Come celebrate the new season with good vibes, great company, and community fun.
Egg Hunt
Thursday, April 2
3:30 - 5:30 PM
Get ready for a fast-paced twist ona classic! Teens will race through the park hunting for eggs filled with prizes, challenges, and surprises. It’s a fun, energetic event designed to keep everyone moving, competing, and having a great time. Perfect for spring fun!
Cinco de Mayo

Join us for a fun and festive Cinco deMayo event designed just for teens! We’ll celebrate with music, games, cultural activities, and friendly competitions.
4th Annual Cook-off
Friday, May 15
5 - 9 PM
Get ready for our 4th Annual Teen Cook-off! Teens will compete to create their best dishes in a fun, fast-paced culinary challenge. Whether they’re seasoned cooks or trying something new, participants will show off their creativity, teamwork, and flavor skills.

E-Gaming League
Wednesdays / December 3 - February 25
Get ready for an epic gaming experience made just for teens! Join us for E-Gaming, where you’ll play popular games, compete in fun tournaments,and team up with friends. It’s non-stop action, friendly competition, and tons of fun all in one place!
Teen Entrepreneurship Program
Saturdays / December 6 - February 28
12 - 2 PM
This program teaches teens how to start and run their own business. They will learn how to create a business plan, budget money, market a product, and present their ideas. It’s a fun, hands-on way to build confidence, creativity, and leadership skills.
The Stitch Studio
Fridays / December 5 - February 27
5:30 - 7 p.m.
The Stitch Studio is a hands-on program where teens explore the art of creating clothes, fabric selection,and how to turn their ideas into real fashion pieces. Teens will also create their own brand, design logos, and learn how to sell their clothing at local community events.
Teen Trips
Universal Studios
Monday, March 23
4 AM - 12 AM
We’re taking 35 teens on anunforgettable trip to Universal Studios! This field trip is raffle-based,and participants can earn entries by attending The Spot, joining programs,and staying involved. Only 35 lucky teens will win a spot—don’t miss your chance to be part of this amazing adventure!
Tickets will be offered as a lottery. Teens can enter the lottery each event they attend.
Bus will depart from The Spot.
