The Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, Pelican Community Park, Gateway Center and The Spot closed on Thursday, January 1, in observance of New Year's Day. The Sunny Isles Beach Branch Library and Post Office will also be closed.
 
Gateway Park, Heritage Park, Intracoastal Parks, Newport Fishing Pier, Oceania Park, Samson Oceanfront Park, Senator Gwen Margolis Park,Town Center Park, and Golden Shores Community Park will have adjusted hours, from 8 AM – 6 PM.
 
The SIBshuttle will NOT operate.
