All-In-One Services For You

A one-day event offering access to essential resources from Miami-Dade County. We will be joined by three constitutional offices—the Tax Collector’s Office, the Supervisor of Elections, and the Clerk of Courts— to provide services to our residents. Services that will be available include:

Miami-Dade Clerks of Courts:

• Collect court fees for felony, misdemeanor, traffic, and parking related cases (credit card only).
  
• Offer a payment plan for felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases only.
  
• Reinstate Miami-Dade County driver’s licenses for traffic citation suspensions (valid, unexpired license required).
  
• Provide affidavits for reinstatements for criminal, felony, or misdemeanor related suspensions only.
  
• Clerk certificates (certified closed case dispositions for felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases).
  
• Get certified court records for Miami-Dade County marriages, divorces, civil, and traffic cases, plus other public records as allowed by law.
  
• Issue Miami-Dade County release certificates for vehicles with held tags or towed due to unpaid parking citations (full citation payment required).
  
• Assist with county civil case filings (small claims, landlord and tenant evictions).
  
• Provide information and forms to seal and expunge criminal records.

Tax Collector's Office

*Important: services from the Tax Collector's Office require an appointment. Appointments are available in 15-minute time slots by calling or emailing the Office of the City Manager at 305.792.1731 or citymanager@sibfl.net.

Supervisor of Elections

• Request or renew your Vote-by-Mail Ballot

Golden Passport Registration

Representatives from Miami-Dade County will be on hand to assist with Golden Passport registrations. 

Senior citizens and Social Security beneficiaries can ride Transit for free with a Golden Passport EASY Card.
