As the holiday weekend approaches, the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department wants to remind residents and visitors to celebrate responsibly. Remember, dogs, glass bottles, and open fires are not allowed on the beach. Visit our beach rules webpage to learn more. There are several spots to enjoy fireworks displays around South Florida this Independence Day. We've compiled the list below of nearby events.
Fourth on the Green

7 PM – 10 PM
JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa's annual fireworks and lawn festival returns with live music, a DJ, carnival rides, lawn games, stilt walkers, fire dancers, LED robots, face painters, and chef-driven food stations. Ticket includes unlimited food, wine, and beer, plus activations from Tito's Vodka, Weber Ranch Vodka, Mi Campo Tequila, Bacardi Rum, Bene Sodas, and an exclusive Jefferson's Ocean Bourbon station for Turnberry Isle Country Club members and VIPs. The night closes with front-row views of Aventura's fireworks display overhead.

Fireworks Visible from Haulover: Bay Harbor Islands, Surfside & Bal Harbour Joint Celebration

Fireworks at 9 p.m.
The Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Town of Surfside, and Bal Harbour Village are coming together for a joint Fourth of July celebration. The event is open only to residents of the three participating communities. However, fireworks and a drone show will be visible from Haulover Beach Park.

Celebrate Independence Day at Haulover Park with live music, food trucks, activities for kids and families, and a spectacular fireworks display to close the night. Presented by Miami Food Trucks Events, the evening features a lineup of local favorites including Boca Burgers, Korean, El Coco Frio, Erre, Mama Shawarma, Churromania, Quick Grill, Monster Burger, Sabor Latin Trailer, BBQ, Los Chamos, Hangry Joe, Dulce Encuentro, Ze, and Pizza. The North Beach 4th of July Celebration will feature a family zone and entertainment by DJ Luc, MC Maria Salas and The Miami Beats Band. Enjoy a free outdoor roller disco; bring your own skates or blades. Miami Beach residents can get free skate rentals with a photo ID. You can also enjoy the music from the Club Box Deck. The night will finish with a drone and fireworks show at 9 PM.
