Utility undergrounding work began Tuesday, January 6, in the Golden Shores neighborhood. As crews convert overhead utilities to underground service, residents may experience brief, temporary power outages between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

The City of Sunny Isles Beach is currently accepting donations of canned and non-perishable food items to support St. Mary Magdalen Church, which is operated by the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a non-profit organization that works towards ending food insecurity in our community. Their mission is to serve people of all religions and dietary restrictions, so donations are appreciated and will be accepted through September 1, 2023.
No rice, pasta, or boxed items will be accepted.
