Free Garlic Rolls with Pizza Purchase
Sunny Isles Beach Resident ID cardholders receive a free half-dozen of our world-famous garlic rolls with the purchase of two whole pizzas of any size. Valid for pickup or curbside pickup only. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Free Delivery to SIB Parks
Receive free delivery for any children’s birthday party or gathering held at a Sunny Isles Beach park or recreation facility. Order must total $50 or more and be placed at least five days in advance. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
10% Off Your Purchase
SIB Resident ID cardholders receive 10% off their total purchase. Valid for pickup or curbside pickup only. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Businesses Interested in Participating
The City of Sunny Isles Beach is committed to supporting the local businesses that shape our community. The Support SIB Local program allows businesses in Sunny Isles Beach to market their business to our subscribers by offering a promotion for residents and/or hotel guests. To receive the promotion, the resident must show their valid City-issued SIB Resident ID Card and the hotel guest must show their hotel key.
Promotions can vary from a percentage off the patron’s total bill, a free gift with purchase, or a free menu item with purchase. The promotion is at the business’ discretion and the City will advertise your business’ involvement in the program.
Here’s how it works. Your business should create a promotion that would be available only for SIB residents, or both SIB residents and hotel guests. Fill out our online form with the promotion details. The City will review the proposed promotion, and if approved, it will be added to this webpage within 5-7 business days. We will also promote your business as a partner in our Support SIB Local program through email blasts and social media posts.
What’s in it for businesses?
We issued approximately 6,000 SIB Resident ID Cards this past year, which means that is 6,000 eligible residents to patronize your business. Our email blast audience reaches over 7,000 unique subscribers and our social media pages capture more than 13,000 followers. Sunny Isles Beach has nine hotels that are at approximately 80% occupancy on weekends and 35% on weekdays, primarily with guests from the local community looking for a staycation.
