Utility undergrounding work began Tuesday, January 6, in the Golden Shores neighborhood. As crews convert overhead utilities to underground service, residents may experience brief, temporary power outages between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

2. St. Regis Residences (fka La Playa Varadero) – 18801 Collins Avenue St. Regis Residences is two-tower, 62-story condominium project with 361 residential units, a public restaurant, commercial space, and has approximately 1,228,154 square feet of floor area.
3. St. Regis Sales Center – 18590 Collins Avenue The St. Regis Sales Center is a one-story temporary sales center to be used for marketing and events to promote and sell units for the St. Regis Residences development project.
4. Bentley Residences - 18401 Collins AvenueThe Bentley Residences is a 62-story residential condominium tower with a 216 units and approximately 616,185 square feet of floor area.
5. Miami Beach Club Sales Center – 18325 Collins Avenue The Miami Beach Club Sales Center is a one-story temporary sales center to be used for marketing and promoting the sale of units for the Miami Beach Club development project. It is located on the same property as the existing Bentley Sales Center.
6. Monaco Hotel – 17501 Collins Avenue Monaco Hotel is a 3-story building with 113 hotel units and a restaurant for their guests and visitors.
