Utility undergrounding work began Tuesday, January 6, in the Golden Shores neighborhood. As crews convert overhead utilities to underground service, residents may experience brief, temporary power outages between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Located on the ocean at Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard and Collins Avenue, this park is the access point to the beach. The Newport Fishing Pier is open for fishing (fee may apply) and walking. A lifeguard station is located at this park for swimmers’ safety during operational hours.
No trespassing outside of park hours. All Sunny Isles Beach Police Department Officers are authorized representatives and may advise any person to leave these premises. Failure to vacate the premises after being so instructed may result in an arrest for trespassing after warning pursuant to Florida Statutes 810.08 and 810.09.

Metered parking is available and enforced at Pier Park, 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. There are four Handicap spaces, two official-use spaces, and 23 unrestricted spaces
