North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge Renovations

Renovations to the North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge are continuing with the next phase of improvements, which includes new surfacing, the addition of a bike lane, and the installation of new bollards.

To complete this work safely, the North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge will close at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 22 for a two-week period to allow for proper cure time and completion of outstanding tasks. 

The bridge will reopen to the public on Friday, July 4 at 7 a.m.

About the Project

The North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge Improvement Project has already completed significant upgrades, including painting and concrete repairs. The current phase focuses on enhancing the bridge with a new surface layer, a designated bike lane, and updated safety bollards to better serve our community.
