Join the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Commissioner Fabiola Stuyvesant for a Town Hall Meeting: Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser Outreach Event.

Sunny Isles Beach property owners are welcome to attend and learn how to apply for a Homestead Exemption and other available property tax savings. This is an opportunity for you to meet one-on-one with staff to ask questions about your property tax benefits and exemptions.

The deadline to file applications for 2025 property tax exemptions was March 1. However, staff will be receiving late applications for Homestead Exemption or other property tax benefits during this event.

If you have already submitted an online application for Homestead Exemption and have received confirmation that your application was received and is being processed; it is not necessary for you to attend this event.

Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Free parking is available in the Gateway Park Garage, 151 Sunny Isles Blvd.
